this casual and fun workshop you will use strip-piecing, soft
edge appliqué, and Judy's own "spray and scrunch"
technique to create a textured landscape scene. Add interest
using bits of ribbon, specialty yarns, glitzy embellishments,
silk ribbon embroidery, and hand dyed scraps. A sense of imagination
is a definite plus. Bring a photo or drawing if you have a
special scene in mind (not required).

a beautiful focus fabric- then pick 3 fabrics to go with it
(2 that are definitely high contrast). This project uses large
rectangles, squares, and setting triangles, with colorful
rectangle "boxes." Be sure your fabric will work
"on point"- it will be cut on straight of grain.
