America became known as an Eden to the oppressed of the world,
a phrase from the book The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan
became the literary source for a series of quilts known as
The Delectable Mountains. Learn Nancy's "cut-no-triangle"
technique to create one version of this pattern. Her technique
was first copyrighted in 1990 and has since appeared in three
of her books. She has also created other Delectable Mountains
quilt patterns for other books and magazines. "They went
then till they came to the Delectable Mountains, … to
behold the Gardens and Orchards, the Vineyards and Fountains
of water; … "
